Having battled a bevy of eating disorders, ongoing anxiety and panic attacks starting in my teens, it was only through the power of changing my diet to create health for myself that I began to transform my life from 'dis-ease' to 'ease'. When I finally committed to healing myself using the power of healing foods, everything started to shift.
Many years later, after loads of study and work in the fields of holistic health, yoga, art, marketing and the culinary world I count myself very lucky to have partnered with a small team of like-minded experts to create our line of products. Graydon strategy is to fuel the body through the skin using bio-available ingredients like the ones you'd put in your breakfast bow... think superfoods like broccoli, berries, chia and avocado! Graydon note that even though our recipes originate from our kitchen when we send our formulas over to our chemist, they undergo tweaking and testing so that they're commercially viable while still maintaining their 'homemade' integrity.
